Records of your contact with Be You with Liz over mobile, Whatsapp, SMS, email and our website contact form. When payment is made via Bank Transfer, this is kept securely by the bank and is kept securely for the purposes of business tax and other relevant requests from HMRC. This personal data is not shared or used by any Third Party or used for any further marketing or other email communications. It only provides a record of payment for both parties. 

What is the source of your Personal Information? 

We will only receive Personal Information from you directly during any joint communication.

We use your Personal data, including any of the Personal data listed in section 2 above, for the following purposes:

 - Fulfilling our contract to you

 - Responding to your questions and providing you with bespoke customer service

 - Managing any aspect of our service in relation to you

 - Receiving payments for Training Sessions

 - To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, requirements and guidance.

What are the legal ground for our processing of your Personal Information? 

We rely on the following legal basis to use your personal data:-

• Managing the contract/ agreement you hold with Be You with Liz to enable us to provide you with a safe training routine 
• For management and audit of Be You with Liz business operations including any necessary accounting for HMRC
• Where Be You with Liz needs to comply with any legal/ and or regulatory obligations.
• For the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, where necessary.

When do we share your Personal Information with other organisations?

Be You with Liz will not share ANY of your Personal Information with any other organisations or third party unless permission has been expressly been given, such as a medical emergency. 

Be You with Liz does not have any form of direct/ indirect email marketing or an opt in marketing service. Your Personal Data is only used by Be You with Liz in the communication and contract with you personally for the service and subsequent payment. When requested by an Governmental or regulatory bodies such as HMRC or the Information Commissioner's Office. 

How and when can you withdraw your consent? 

Be You with Liz relies upon your consent to process your Personal Data to maintain communication with you in relation to the service provided. You can withdraw this at any time by contacting us using the Contact Form or phone details provided. Upon receipt, your phone number and details will be removed from any communication device held by Be You with Liz.

No. All Data is held in the United Kingdom,

Be You with Liz would be unable to provide you with our services if you do not provide certain information to us.
