Hi I'm Liz and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Eltham SE9. Sport and fitness have always been a big part of my life in some shape or form, however it wasn't until I had children that I genuinely realised how hard is was to maintain some level of consistency and to see the results I wanted.
When my youngest daughter started school, I realised I needed help and it was then when I met my PT, something clicked and my passion was genuinely re-ignited.
They say in this life that you are very lucky if you meet someone who truly inspires you and this is what I found when training with my PT. His energy and motivation to help me push though boundaries was addictive making even the hardest sessions enjoyable.
More importantly I found my self confidence to be 'Liz' again enabling me to have the belief to complete a number of different physical challenges, from MacMillan Mighty Hikes to completing my first Tough Mudder. It is this passion which I want to share with you and inspire you to become the best version of yourself.
