1:2:1 training provides you with a tailored 1 hour session, designed to meet and help you achieve you goals in a progressive, balanced way to suit you. Following an initial consultation to understand your aspirations I will work with you to establish and agree your SMART goals, whilst helping to break down any perceived barriers to enable you to be successful.
This opportunity allows you to workout alongside either your partner, friend or relative but in a similar and private format to that of a 1:2:1 session where I will work with you both to understand your goals to develop a progressive programme to meet both your needs.
Small Group Training and Circuit Training
Have you ever attended a class but not returned because you felt lost, pushed to the back, lack confidence in whether you are doing the moves correctly? Let's face it we have all been there, this is why I am creating an opportunity to run some small bespoke classes which will enable me to provide you with a great workout whilst allowing me time to help you perfect your technique and get the most out of your workout.
